Submission Guidelines 
 Here at Aminia Books, we take much pride in the type of work we produce. We want ALL authors to feel that no matter what type of genre they represent, they have a home to express themselves in. I'm sure some will say after the fact, that they just felt like another ISBN!  Not here!We take much pride in representing your souls work. However, we will not help publish any material that defaces the character, value, integrity of an individual, ethnic group, or religious group. We ARE NOT publishers of any type of literature containing pornographic/child molestation type material. Remember...we are here to help expand literary horizons in positive ways.

Submit the appropriate genre titles to their respective Client Representative.

Client Representative Yulonda Brown accepts- Non-Fiction, Mystery/Suspense, Erotica, Chick-Lit, Women's Fiction, Inspirational Stories, Comedy, Sci-Fi Fantasy and poetry.

Client Representative O'Shea accepts- Fiction, Inspirational, Memoirs, Romance, Urban Fiction, Commercial/Mainstream Fiction, and African American Literature and POETRY! Yes, we are showing some love to the poets!

1.  In the subject box, place the title of your work and the client representative responsible.

2. Absolutely, no attachments are necessary. We will delete all e-mails with attachments. Copy paste the  information requested right into the body of the email.

3.   All we want is a brief synopsis and the first chapter of your book.

4.   If we feel the story is suitable for the markets and it attracts a certain audience, we will request your complete manuscript and begin the publishing process, along with the all the legal paperwork.

5.  If your manuscript is not complete at the time of your inquiry, send us your story Idea.  We will decide if the characters, tone, developement, and settings are realistic enough. If so, we will be more than happy to service you from start to finish.

6.  Allow us 6-8 weeks to return with a response. We give each submission All of our Attention and TIME for proper review.

7. If we request your entire manuscript, we accept word documents, double space, 11-12 sized font, in Times new Roman font. We strongly suggest that you have your work submitted for copyright! Protect your work. We will provide the link to the Copyright office.

8. We will not answer any phone calls, e-mails, ets., asking questions about the acceptation or rejection of your work, if the 6-8 week period has not passed.
